Since 2003, Suzhou Lance Technology Co., Ltd. has specialized in OEM/ODM production of cable tensioners and cable railing hardware for the U.S. market.
In 2020, MR.RAIL launched as our independent brand, bringing factory-level engineering directly to homeowners, contractors, distributors and professional project partners.
Today, we develop Quick Lock, Hybrid, Swage and swageless cable railing solutions with practical installation, stable production and flexible cooperation in mind.

What material is used for MR.RAIL cable railing hardware?
The customer-facing material description is 316 Stainless Steel.
Which cable sizes are supported?
The product families are organized for 1/8", 5/32" and 3/16" cable: MR-01–09, MR-11–19 and MR-21–29.
Which cable construction works with Quick Lock?
Quick Lock and Hybrid products are compatible with 1×19 stainless steel cable. Swage products are compatible with 1×19 or 7×7 stainless steel cable.
What is the difference between Quick Lock, Hybrid and Swage?
Quick Lock uses a push-in grip mechanism. Hybrid combines one Quick Lock end with one Swage end. Swage uses a permanent crimp connection and requires a hydraulic crimping tool.
Is MR-09 a cable tensioner?
No. MR-09, MR-19 and MR-29 are release tools for the matching Quick Lock size families. They support adjustment or cable removal before final tensioning.
Are installation steps different for 1/8", 5/32" and 3/16"?
The installation sequence is the same within each product type. Model-specific preparation dimensions and tool sizes must follow the confirmed specification for the selected cable diameter.
Can packaging be customized?
Yes. Packaging quantity, carton configuration, weight and labeling can be prepared according to customer requirements.
Are tensile and salt-spray reports available?
Existing formal reports are available and are approximately two to three years old. Current customer-designated third-party or SGS testing can be arranged as a paid service after confirmation.
Does MR.RAIL support OEM/ODM and private label projects?
Yes. Product, packaging and private-label requirements can be reviewed for OEM/ODM cooperation.
